My "brand new" 07 5.9 just got it's first oil change this week at 5000 miles.
Looks like I got a lot of life to go yet.

rebuilt 5spd and new clutch
3 lift pumps
4 track bars
on the 3rd set of front wheel bearings
replaced the rest of the front end twice

302,000. it used to haul a loaded three car trailer but its now enjoying its retirement as a hot rod. planning on a rebuild whenever it gives up but so far i cant break it. i bought it at 288k for 7k and had it for a little over a year the guy who sold it to me didn't seem too happy when i told him what i was gonna do with it it wasn't even chipped until i got it.

155,000 - 1 rebuilt eng ( due to plastic piston cooling jets jumping out ) New 6 speed Mercedes due to all the other junk will not stay put, two clutches, 2 lift pumps, dss stabilizer and steer box track bar due to it wont go dwn da road straight, front wheel bngs, brakes , Guess that's most but not all ..

Just rolled 77,000 tonight....yeah she's had an easy life, but she's almost paid off !!! I won't miss the almost $500 a month truck payments
