Hood Liner coming off

Hey yall. I've got 54K on my truck right now and my hood liner is starting to tear away. It's coming un done from the little clips that hold it on. Should I take it back to Dodge and have them fix it (if it's covered under warranty, I'm gonna milk these son of a guns for all their worth)? If not, am I really gonna lose anything if I take it all the way off? Thanks for the help yall.

I opened my hood, checked my oil, looked at it, and said, goodness, that's a ugly SOB,, and kept driving.

Next week, same thing.

Took me 1.5 years to finally do what i wanted to do since the begining.

Tore it off and out.

'02 + trucks don't even have it.

EDIT: Plus you get to tear something up, LOL.

Some say that it helps muffle the sound of our engines, but they are full of crap!!!! Does'nt do a darn thing.

Mine fell off long ago and discolored everything on top of the motor, can't tell any difference without it, probably lets more heat out in hot weather..........can't think of any reason to keep it ? .........
