Help pleaseCode problem and Squeek/flutter noise
 

First off I have a 2001 3500 dually. I got the following codes P0123, p1596, p1693. How do I fix these? Can I set the TPS Voltage?

Second my edge reads the engine temp but my gauge on the dash stoped working. I replaced the sensor but that had no effect. When I check the dash cluster on the test setting it moved.

Third is my truck makes some type of whine, squeek or turbo flutter noise when on the throttle. I checked the turbo but no play but maybe it is bad. I replaced the pully tentsioner but no luck. It does not do it at idle or if I try to do a brake stand on it. Anyone had this issue before?

Fourth can I take the belt off and run the truck down the street and back to see if it is a pully? When I say take it down the street I mean like 200 ft

If it's an auto. have someone power brake it in gear and listen for boost pressure leaks at all areas where there are hose connections and also the whole air to air cooler.

I figured out the code it is high tps voltage. Is there a way to adjust it? I can loosen screws on my buick and adjust it are these trucks the same?

I did a power brake and I cant get it to make the noise. But as soon as you get on it while driving it, it makes the noise

i wonder if its overboosting... what setting is the edge at and is your wastegate j hooked? could be wastegate blowing off...

It does it at zero its not even on. wastegate j hooked? What is this?

Noise sounds like a boost leak.
