They are the same. The campaign pump comes with a sensor to plug into the MIL when it goes below 5psi. That is it. Get the least expensive pump you can find that puts out the pressure you need, and relocate it with Vulcan kit and you're golden.

Great now I know not to spend the extra 60 and count on something better. I liked the Napa Carter but which one should I get. How do I know the Output PSI. Any part#s.???
The Napa Carter are availible anywhere so easy to switch in an emergency.

I read the stuff about the industrial - ambulance etc, but still got mine for the low price about 8 months ago. Cummins didn't mention it.
