Fuse pannel or ignition switch problem?
 

2001 RAM 2500 diesel 4X4 manual:

50% of time when I start truck, the following will not work: air cond, horn, speedometer, electric windows. I then go pull fuse #12 ? and that kills the engine. I replace the fuse and start the truck again and 50% of the time all will work except the right electrinic window.

If upon restarting the truck the above stuff noes not work, I pull the fuse and put it back in and keep pulling and replacing until they work.

Is this the fuse pannel or ignition swithc or what?

I can not take to dealer because the truck in Nicaragua and there is no dealer.

Help please

Did you check the main connection at the power dist center ? It comes straight off the battery. Clean thoes real well also clean fuse contacks.
Where are you in Nic? I have been a few times on mission trips.
