Well i just did all that a few weeks ago. Heres what i used. Pennsoil 85W90 in the front and rear diff. I added a bottle of Mopar Friction modifier in the rear because i have Limited Slip. I used Dextron III ATF in the Transfer Case. I filled them all up until the fluid started coming out the fill hole then i put the plug back in. I have an Auto so i dont know what fluid you should use in your Manual Trans.

The 6 speed calls for Mopar manual transmission lubricant. I don't know if there's anything in the aftermarket anyone's using? Anyone??

I don't know what year your truck is but since your in the 24v section this link might be helpful.

1994+ specs.

Also you can fill the transfer case to the bottom of the fill hole, but the front diff should be 1/4" BELOW the hole +- 1/4" and the rear diff should be 3/4" BELOW the fill hole +- 1/4". Too full conditions have been known to cause the seals to leak.

I used Redline 75-90 in the axles, MTL in the tranny, D4 ATF in the t-case.

Engine gets Delo 400 or Redline 15w-40 or 10w-30 or some blend of the preceding three oils
