Ok I'll be driving and my pedal will just stop working like I let the pedal off and then it will start working again like nothing happend. I think it's the APPS sensor, auto parts don't have one and the dodge house says it's $498 and I heard someone on here could get me one for $140 and I need one.

I checked the codes and it is the APPS sensor.

 

The above link that stock03 listed is a better (and cheaper) alternative to the $400+ factory replacement.
All you need is basic tools and a mutimeter to adjust the APPS.
