Now it begins... I retained a lawyer today and tomorrow certified letters go out to Cummins Mid-South Corperate Hq and the Birmingham branch in regard to the engine damage from the thermostat. Looks like I will get some financial relief on both engines.

 

While you're at it, start a class action suit for lift pumps, VP-44's, fifth gear nuts, and KDPs...(did I miss anything??)

Yeah you missed the cracked #53 blocks. I bet there are a lot more of them than we know. I have personally seen too many of them. Think of all the lost work time and down time due to a poor design block. There have been two of them in my truck alone.
