overheated my 99 24 v 5.9 L as the water pump had failed . Replaced water pump and new belt . Took it to a shop they be replaced the crank position sensor and the lift pump (1200$). Now truck runs , I never drained water from radiator to replace coolant. I get 17 miles from shop it overheats again ,now it cranks over slowly but won't start .did I spin a bearing ? Blow a head gasket ? What is it gonna take to get it going again? If I spun a bearing can I fix it without having to pull the motor ?thanks for any help

Oh not much money left so trying to do it myself before it gets towed away as it's parked in a vacant lot .
