Code Question

Trucks been hard to start after sitting overnite, once it starts runs great, fuel pressure is good. Pulled couple codes and looking for descriptions pcu 1692 and ecm 0217.

Ok - I found the 1692 Turbo Control Solenoid Circiut Malfunction whatever that means??? Still looking for for the 0217????

1692 is just a companion code to the 0217. 1692 and 1693 are almost always set off if any code is thrown, alerting you to the fact that a code has, in fact, been tripped....
