Clicking noise front end

Just got the truck back from having the ball joints replaced, rotors turned and new disc pads.

All seems well except there is a clicking noise coming from the front end that is speed sensitive.

Any idea's what it could be?

Thanks,

George

Or a little tiny stainless tab on the brake pad itself just barely touching the inside surface of the rim as it rotates.

Pop that rim off and see if there is anything obvious going on in there.
