You say you have the draw straw, how do you have it set up in the pick up assembly? Did you remove any of the screens or drill any holes in it? Also have you had any problems when your low on fuel with you truck on an angle where your truck won't start or stay running because your sucking air at the pickup in the tank?

I can run it into the red without much problem (30 gallons). I see the pressure fluctuate a little when I get to about 1/8 tank. Pressure drops to about 14psi when I come to a stop, then bumps back up to 18, but that's about it.

Thanks for all the help. The link was helpful and has great pics. I order the draw straw and afs fuel system from vulcan performance and it should be here before the end of the week.
