CAD Fork

Well I have finally gotten around to putting a posi-lok kit into my truck. My CAD fork went bad back in Jan. (babied it through the winter alot). My CAD fork was very worn through the web section of the the fork. This is the second time I've had a problem with a fork. The first time it was dealer "repaired" under warranty. I'm wondering if they didn't put the pads on the fork, as this much wear in about 50K and not that much 4x4 use seems odd. Anyway, I ordered the standard Dana 60 replacement fork that Posi-lok carries through their dealers. It is a full half inch too narrow to fit the collar on my CAD. My usual (very good) parts guy has discovered this is a dealer only part, and can not be sourced thorugh Spicer. Anyone else run into any of these problems?
