Broken valve seat, replacing head and piston.

Ok, so i have figured out the issues with my 2002 CTD, it dropped a valve seat in the #6 cylinder, the pieces smashed up inside, and are now imbedded in the piston, and dented up the cylinder head. the bore looks fine, the cylinder walls still have the cross hatch pattern in the walls. im thinking a new remanufactured head, and replace the piston. The motor is still in the truck, the oil pan is off, and so is the head. there are only 57,000 miles on this truck.

being its the #6 i hope i can still do it in the truck and the piston will clear the engine bay, what do you think? What else should i check while this is apart? main bearings? rod bearings? there was no debris in the pan, and the cylinder wall is left untouched. im hoping a head and piston will be ok.
