Re:Been thinking

I'll throw it on and check out 2x3 first and see if it is any different. If it is, then I won't do but 3x3 just once. Well, maybe twice. But then again, there is this Ford that wants to race. I need new tires yet I can't spin em. Not enough power. I can fix that. Isn't that the way it starts off? I'll only do it once. No, twice. Ok, third time is the last time.

BB- I've got the Edge Pulse. I mounted it with a connector for the pump wire. You can feel it massively whether it's connected or not. Without the cable on you always have to brick the go pedal.
I thought that I'd be kind to my truck and just leave the wire off, and baby it etc.
See resulting tranny mods in sig. Now I'm a happy camper.
Be aware that you will increase low end torque massively with the Comp. And that low end torque is a killer. As long as you keep above 2Krpm you will ruin things at a lower rate. (And maybe loose your drivers license fast enough to save your tranny )

AlpineRAM

Re:Been thinking

I can feel it nicely right now with the wire unhooked. The more I think about it though, the more I realize that when I had the pump wire hooked up, and I would put it on 3x3, it didn't feel any stronger that when it was on 1x3. EGT's stayed the same also. It also didn't smoke a lot. I just realized that I can't do it this weekend cause I let my friend borrow my Leather Man tool last night and the bit to take the cover off with is in that tool and they left town this morning. Hopefully they didn't take his truck and the door is open so I can get it.
