APPS sensor

Well what is one to say about this little gem. I have replaced five over the life of my truck ranging from over 400.00 to 150.00 for a stupid idem that's not worth half that . Well strolling around the internet not looking for said idem I came across one, but you have to take in concentration this little gem comes out of China so quality may not be the 100% you would look for but the cost. I bought one, and to my door ( no tax free shipping-yes free) $17.71 that's right under 20 bucks TPS APPS Throttle Position Sensor Fits Dodge 98-04 Cummins Bell Auto Sale-Banggood.com

That is a lot of APPS sensors over the years. I have done one in 147K miles. Did the TIMBO.

Keep us posted, sounds too good to be true.....

Check the AC voltage noise coming from the alternator. You could have a bad diode and its effecting other electronic devices on the engine.

Wow. Thanks for the link. I haven't needed to replace an APPS yet but like you say for the price its worth keeping a spare (or two) in the GB. PS, they are probably all made in China anyway
