AirDog II Pressure Fluctuations

Anybody out there who has had trouble with their AirDog fuel pump know how to get support from the manufacturer? I only bought from this company because it is manufactured in a town about 30 miles away from where I live.

The last couple days the pressure has been jumping around all over the place. It used to always be at 15PSIG and never move. Under acceleration, the pressure will drop several PSI. After a while, the pressure usually settles out at a few PSI, not enough to be driving. I left a voicemail with technical support at PureFlow last week, but haven't heard anything back. It almost seems like the pump just isn't kicking on all the time. Has anyone had trouble with the relay going out? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or where to check voltage? I've replaced both the water separator and the fuel filter and checked the screen inside the pump and verified the pump isn't jammed up or anything. Thanks in advance for any help.

I bought mine with the Air Dog II on it and had a similar problem with mine. It turned out that the idiot who installed it ran the fuel line around the steering shaft which rubbed causing a small leak and thus a pressure drop every time I was under acceleration. I doubt you have the same issue (I hope not at least this guy was actually a dealers rep ). If you cant find it take the truck back and show them what's up... it has a warranty on it-

I had the best luck calling them and speaking to a person and getting help. that was a couple of years back though. ED Where is your gauge hooked up at, is it manual or electric, can you check it with a different gauge at the pump?? My electric gauge is not accurate and have an inline mechanical one near the pump under the truck that is always true . ED
