Affordable Drums

Just priced rear drums from the local NAPA.... WOWZA! $119 per drum. Anybody know of a decent quality affordable drum?

junkyard, take a mic, get the specs, and get them turned at napa or auto zone or advanced auto parts. But that's if you have time and really want to save some denero.

Those are cheap compared to the dually drums. I had to pay $450 for mine, and that was after a discount!

Hey Tim you might want to do the Chevy 1ton cylinder upgrade while your in there.

Yes, they do, not quite as dramatic. Although some people debate the size diff. on the 2500/3500 Ram. Where are you in NC?

Mcmopar . . . I'm in the Greensboro area . . . I put the Chevy cylinders on my 2500 a couple of years and they have done a great job . . . a friend just bought a 1999 dually and I thought I would get the facts right before I mentioned it to him.
