99 5 speed apps and noise isolator P0122
99 5 speed 1 code w/CEL P0122 high voltage APPS and I have erratic throttle problems I find myself doing a quick "re-calibrating" of the apps because it will rev to redline barely touching the pedal and it will also act finicky. I am wondering if the noise isolator is an issue with these it being a manual trans people w/auto trans seemed to have a TC lockup issue associated with apps & noise isolator. I also took apps that was on truck off (a TImbo?) and installed the one I had on my 01' 6 speed because Timbo one was going into limp mode and at least this one just goes erratic then I reset. TIA

ok cleaned battery terminals and connections. installed original APPS (tps) back in cleaned connection. Also went to radio shack and bought a 47uf capacitor ($1.59) and soldered wire to it and did the noise capacitor fix. seems to work good so far couple hundred miles in.
