47RE Torque Converter Identification

I bought my 1999 Dodge 8 years ago and was given very little paperwork/history from the seller. I snapped some photos of the torque converter as seen from the inspection cover. The converter is light blue in color and is squared up to the flexplate without any large mating gaps. I assume it is a type of billet converter based on that you can see visible machining marks circling the outer casing. On the converter body is a welded tag that reads: 24G Does anyone know the brand or any info on it? I doubt it's stock because it was my understanding that stock converters have welded on threaded "blocks" for the bolts, making them weak for power transfer.
