sounds good to me, especially since you have the stock tires, I have the larger 35" on my 98.5 Dodge and the 4.10 is a better bet. Does your rear end in the 2001 have a speed sensor in the rear the 95 may not, I don't claim to know much about this but may want to research it.
I have a crashed 2000 that I want to take the 4.10 out of and put in my 98.5 with the 3.50's when time permit gots to do the fronts and rear on the 4x4 though. ED
