Bigred24V

I have an 01 Dodge Ram 24V that has 328,000 miles on it. I bought a quadzilla adrenaline chip that only fits an 02. I hooked the map sensor up and it messed with my rpm guage. When my rpms don't work, my truck doesn't have power. But they will sometimes kick on and my truck runs perfect. Good shifting and a lot of power. I have a S&B cold air intake with a sinister diesel intake elbow and a FASS 150 titanium. What is wrong with the power? My turbo and tranny are going bad. Turbo is used and tranny has not been rebuilt. What should I do? Bigger injectors or engine work?
