98 24 valve, front wheel bearings

I don't think I've done bearings on this truck yet. Passenger wheel needs it. Is it easier to just buy a new hub with bearings in it and replace the whole thing? Or should I just do the bearings?

I did mine last year and just bought the complete hub . Hardest part was separating the hub from the truck . Don’t bother with a hammer ( unless it was changed in the past and someone used never seize or something) , wedge something between the hub and axle and use your power steering to knock it off. I used a block of wood and came off no problem . ( After trying the hammer to no avail) Saw this on another site and this makes it look pretty straight forward. https://www.dieselbombers.com/98-5-0...-2500-4x4.html

That's pretty good. I popped a U joint (CV or what ever you want to call it) and need to replace it.
