Does anyone know what years Dodge front hubs are interchangeable? A local guy has I believe a 78 or 79 dually, for cheap. I always wanted duals

The spindles are all the same, so you can swap his hubs onto your truck.

If you have bolt-on lockouts, then the brakes and lock-outs should be the same. If you have "internal" lock-outs, then the brakes, hubs, and lockouts are all different, but they will fit on the same spindles and use the same axle shafts. The later brakes with the internal style hubs are a little better.

I hope that helped.
