would like to replace injector nozzles with something practical and high quality

I've got about 210,000 miles on the 93 ram. Late last year I pulled and cleaned the tank and replaced the fuel lines while preparing for a utility bed installation. In January of this year, I resealed what I'm sure is a slightly worn injection pump but never the less its keeping me going and working now without leaks. (I'm not sure the KSB solenoid is working so I may be running around advanced all the time which might also explain pump wear? )

So I'd like to redo the injectors, which I'm comfortable with doing myself. I have and am familiar with using the necessary equipment for pop-testing and balancing bosch injectors (have done several for my and my family's 1980's IDI diesel Mercedes cars). I know there are a lot of options and am narrowing my search down to sub 250hp performance tops. Sub 200hp would be fine.

What out performs stock in terms of durability and quality? From my experience with Mercedes, bosch nozzles are no longer made in Germany. I'm looking for longevity. The stock injectors have always done the job but I can tell they are tired. Perhaps I can even get away with just a deep clean and rebalance of the pop pressure but it would be nice to have some good nozzles on hand for the inevitable need of replacement whether thats now or down the road.

I've currently got a CR 2004.5 sitting on the shelve with likely a broken con rod bearing hence my concern with long term economy.

I have no complaints with my used 'marine 370' injectors. I doubt I would ever buy anything smaller. I think our injector design is quite robust and long-lasting.

I've read the 370 marines don't match the dodge trucks' Pistons and they smoke a bit.

Hard to beat the stock 6 hole injector for what you're looking for...

I can't confirm they're marine 370's... I do remember looking up the number etched on the tips and they decoded to a 5x0.012". Regardless, it's the smallest injector i'd buy. My truck doesn't smoke unless I want it to ;-)
