Ok kind of a false alarm, I got it to run but it wont idle, I think its just because my idle screw isnt dialed in buutttt......it runs rough and poors white smoke like its running real lean. When it was running I cracked the injectors about 3 times each and it seemed to kind of help. And I also have a fuel leak on the top cover of the pump(the one to get to the spring)

Do yall think there is still air in the system and could my fuel leak be puttin air in the system?

Need to fix the fuel leak, are you talking about the top cover with the 4 flat headed screws or lower down with the allens where you pull to put in the 366 spring? Or is it leaking out of the little rubber tit on the back tword the top of the pump?
Where is the timing set at?

Does it start without bleeding now? Hard to tell from the sound on the vid but right now it just looks like the timing is very retarded. Are you sure you didn't mash the pump shaft key?

Well I actually think its leaking from the pump throttle shaft, but it also could be leakin from the cover(the one with the allen heads to get to the spring).

The timing should be set at stock, the pump was locked when I got it and I installed it according to the videos in the sticky.

As far as I know the key is fine, when I installed it I felt it go into gear fairly easily.

Make sure that key is in there right. You can just pull the nut off and look down there with a flashlight and a mirror and see if it's in the keyway right. Is it possable the gear jumped a tooth or something?
I'm assuming this is a used pump? Do you know for sure the P/O had it a tdc before he locked the pump? That could explain the timing if it wasn't at true tdc before it was locked in.
I think you need to make sure the timing is right then tackle the fuel leak.

Alwaysworking has a nice picture of how the pump gear lines up.

Also you may want to try and push the pump to the head and see if that clears it up a little, before going to far in.
In the sticky there is a Jim Lane thread about fixing the throttle bushing and the fuel pin leak, with lots of pictures and a very very good write up.

How does your fuel look?
Do me and you a favor go out drain a very small amount of fuel from the pepcock into a small cup, go way away from anything that can catch on fire and hit it with a lighter, see if it lights up. What I'm getting at here; maybe some way some how gas got into your fuel. I see this alot at the dealer. I don't really think it's the case but it wont cost you a dime to see if it is.

Updates! So far I have pulled the timing cover and made sure everything was in time.......put the pump back on and bled everything. It is still running like it did before and I advanced the timing about on 1/8, a little over and we had to hold the throttle wide open just to get it to run and we still have to start it with starting fluid.

The new stuff, the number 3 cylinder is leakin air around bottom of injector and on the side of the intercooler that is goin into the motor , right before the boot, a nut has rubbed a hole in the plastic part but I cant tell if its leaking........

and what if the return line has a hole in it or is stopped up?

Luckily im borrowin a car to get back home for the weekend so I can relax.

But neways, any new ideas?

A boost leak won't keep it from idling.

The bubbling injector won't keep it from idling either.

A return line leak usually doesn't cause any trouble (other than leaking fuel) on the VE trucks.

Is it still doing this out of a can of known good fuel?

Well how about a stuck injector?
Have you fixed the pump leak yet?
And when you say an air leak at the #3 hole, you mean fuel bubbling out or do you have a compession leak out of the hole?
