It would bolt right up to your engine without any modifications. But, for a lot less money, you could get an HTT compressor upgrade for your stock turbo and it will be much better than a stock HX-35. It would be of some benefit over stock, but like I said, HTT is much cheaper and much more beneficial

Thanks, I just found them on the net and i am going to order one. Which stage would be best for towing?

If you're pushing 30+ psi with the stocker, I think you'd be happy with the Stage IV. The IV should flow about 10% more than the III, and should keep EGT's more in control.
