I am doing a 4 wheel drive swap into a 90 D250 I will be using the Getrag/ 205 from a 1990 w 250 and looking at the transmission tunnel it looks pretty tight. If it clears on the left side may be I could fabricate a hump on the right side for transfercase clearance.

 

Yes it will but you will need to do some clearancing especially in the rear and unless you add the hump on the right the 4wd shifter will need a custom boot and some creative thinking to make it water tight
