Where can I get one of these? Alt Pulley

I am looking for an alternator pulley cause mine has a little wobble to it, and it actually broke the bolt and fell off.

I went to the dealer and they only sell the alt, not just the pulley.

Anyone know where I can get just the pulley,..?

here are some pics,.. and help is appreciated!

Thanks for the tip, A buddy of mine owns an alternator shop and does all of my lot work for me (I own a car lot) He fixed the alt, but could not come up with the correct pulley. That's when I knew that this may be a problem cause he usually can take care of anything electrical related,...

There is a guy on E-Bay that sells NEW Ford 3-G 170-amp alternators/conversion-kits that does offer that 8-rib pulley NEW for around twelve bucks.

The shaft on the Ford and Dodge alternators are the same diameter and the pulleys will swap.

Just go to E-Bay and search 3G alternator and you will find him, then click on "see seller's store" and a whole list of pulleys will come up.

Sorry If I got your hopes up, the one I have is for a seven rib belt and it looks like you need one for an 8 rib.

If it is the same one they use on the 24V motors, they are a Cummins only part. We had a alt go out on a a FRTL MT55 delivery van at work. I couldn't get the pulley off, even after I cut about a 1" section out of it. Anyways, we went to a local alt shop and grabbed a pulley, but it wan't the right offset and was allowing the belt to rub. That pulley was $35 the correct one from Cummins was $155 + FRT! So good luck trying to find one that will work, for your sake I hope you do.

Thanks for the input and offers to help guys I have been busy and have not had a chance to chase one yet. I am fortunate that I own a car lot and don't NEED my truck for daily transportation so If the truck is down I still have my choice of transportation.

My question is does anoyne have an alt pully on thier truck that looks like this one,..?

I think I found the guy and am going to try to contact him tomorrow. I didn' see the exact same pully as the on that I have, but there is one that looks close with the same offset.

Thanks for the help!

Just to be certain, measure your pulley's I.D. and make sure his pulley will fit your shaft.

I do know for certain that the Dodge and Ford shaft sizes are the same, as I have a Dodge pulley on my Ford alternator, but I would rather you didn't tie up your money on my say-so without making sure.
