The best place that I know of to buy new wheels is Southwest Wheel. I think that is the name.

There is a wheel and rim dealer in Somerset, KY.

They are located directly behind Burger King on South 27, on the left side of 27, just South of the mall.

There is a chain-link fence between them and Burger King, so you can't get there through Burger King.

Go on South down 27 and take a left on the new by-pass.

Take the next left off the by-pass, right in front of Super Service Trucking.

After you turn, you should see a big artillery piece.

Just follow the road until it TEEs in front of a place that does spray-in bedliners.

Turn right and it is right behind the bedliner place.

After all this navigating, you will be on the back side of Burger King that is facing US 27.

They keep factory standard wheels/rims for all the popular light and medium duty trucks.

I bought a new spare for my F-350 from them, about a year ago, for $68.

I can't recall the name of the place; but, I think it is something like Pulaski Auto Supply, but that may not be it.
