What looks good wheelwise?
Ive been looking for some new wheels. I have some Uswheels 5 star chrome wheels that are half rust right now. I have a few in mind.

Id like to see some pics of what people have. I really want to run late 2nd gen alloys but not sure if theyll work. Thanks in advance for the input.

i want to buy a set of the stock ford superduty rims from a 97. my uncle has a set and i think i might lowball him to see if i can get them. does anyone have a clue if stock wheels on a 97 f350 powerjoke are 8inch wide? i really would like 8 inch for when i run some 12.5s on it with my next set of tires. i think these trucks look good with basic wheels that arent too flashy

true the first are a little wild for my truck, but I want something different and see the 3rd ones a lot. However that is because they look good. Plus the fact they are $200 cheaper. Im having too hard of a time choosing so hopefully I can get some more help from yall. Port-I have seen those wheels you are talking about-alcoa's I think, and they do look sharp. Thats the direction im leaning right now. thanks
well...im imagining that some ford joker(like my uncle) has a set sitting around their garage because they had to put some slick wheels on to at least make their truck look alright; kind of compensating for the truck not being alright
, so im guessing that one of your friends or someone around town would have a used set that would fit. i believe that the fords through 97 at least were fitted with dana axles which were eight lug so i know that those would fit.the new superduty models will not fit

ya the old ones are a 8x6.5 lug pattern. The new ones are on a mm pattern. Im gonna start looking for some simple plain ones, or maybe just keep my free wheels.

You should go to Tom's Wheels http://tomzwheels.com/, check out the Eagle 058's. There are a few people running those here. Very nice wheel.
I like the first ones, expensive, but all I have ever seen are the third ones on your list. Seems everyone has a set of them on. Problem is thats over 800 just for the wheels and probably 200 a piece for tires.

found some like I want on ebay. 5 spoke wheels by alcoa, specific model for our trucks. $480 shipped. I think theyre the ones. however, in my search i found something else. Ive been looking for a way to install some 2nd gen wheels with a clean look. i found lug nuts that are threaded outside for caps from newer trucks. we have 1/2in lug nuts right? or are they 5/8"?
