What to look for on new truck.

Im goin to look at a 92 250 5 speed with 190k on it. What are some things I should check and try to learn as much about this truck asap.

2wd or 4?
Roof rot, cowl cracks, floors rotted out,steering coupler play at steering box, rockers rusted & cr@pily repaired, pump "played" with, steering box mount plate cracked are my 1st go to thoughts.

check the turbo and shaft play, and take the afc cover off the pump and see if it looks stock inside there.
