Water/Meth Jet sizing

I have cobbled together a Snow Performance system that was on a gasser. I have one #5 nozzle and another that has no designation that I will have to measure the output of I guess.

Was wondering if anyone has installed water/meth on their rig and what jet sizes worked?

I've long considered water/meth injection as a poor mans intercooler. I'm very interested in trying out a homebrew system with a RV type water pump and associated tubing.

The numbers don't lie, water/meth injection can add 50 to 100 HP or more with the added benefit of cleaning the combustion chambers and reducing blow by.

It's been a long time sense I've look into this. It's not just the nozzle size, it's the pump pressure as well. The pump has to produce more pressure than your peak boost pressure. It should be boost referenced so it will at least maintain a specific pressure above boost. Otherwise the flow will decrease as boost increases or even reverse direction. Optimum would be to have water/meth pressure increase incrementally as boost increases to keep up with the fuel increase.
