Voltage irregular
I believe it only needs to be below about 60 degrees for your grid heater to start cycling. If it's only doing it after start up in the morning, or after the truck has sat all day, and it goes away in a couple miles, it's the grid heater. If it does it all day, I would think you have a grounding, or voltage regulator issue.
These threads are staring kinda late this year, usually they start in September. 
It's just the grid heaters cycling, totally normal. Like gear jammer said, it's only got to get below 60 degrees for them to start working.
