Looked good, untill it broke.[verymad][laugh] It's always something.

What let go?

in the red 08-02-2010 09:19 PM

output on transfer and the only lockout on it good thing had drive flange to get off track

iker42 08-02-2010 09:19 PM

Output shaft?

Onemoparnut 08-02-2010 09:22 PM

Wow that pull looked great before it broke.

in the red 08-02-2010 09:29 PM

yeah output shaft for rear driveshaft out of transfer there is a place that sells one that is 60% stronger i think it is time for one

yeah it was a good hook still had more left in it before it broke still got 7th place out of 26 trucks

dzl_damon 08-02-2010 09:31 PM

you running a P pump?

Onemoparnut 08-02-2010 09:41 PM

Truck looks strong! I am glad mine is 2wd or I would be breaking lots of stuff I probably cant afford to fix lol...

in the red 08-02-2010 09:54 PM

yeah it is p pumped

CaptainChrysler 08-02-2010 09:58 PM

I would look into a 241/271. From what I have been told the 205 just won't hold.

in the red 08-02-2010 10:02 PM

i want to get through year hopefully and may do that this winter

schamran 08-02-2010 10:26 PM

You really dropped that clutch, not that that's what caused your problems. It actually seemed to work pretty well for ya.

in the red 08-02-2010 10:37 PM

it is a weighted clutch it tries to push me off so any pedal movement it is ready to go at those rpms

madhat 08-02-2010 10:46 PM

Man, that was looking REAL good before you broke... good luck on the rebuild.

pulltilbroke 08-03-2010 12:27 AM

Like everyone else said, Looked good till she popped.

Can you adjust the clutch so you come out a tad softer.

I have found in my experience that if you come out softer you don't shock load the drivetrain so bad and it makes for a smoother hook. I have always gone farther by coming out soft. just my .02
