Here is how I remove the nuts using a 13mm manifold wrench.
The top is easy, you can see the nut, use the wrench like this simply loosen the nut, since there is not much room to swing the wrench you will need to readjust only a few times to get loose.
To completely remove the nut I was able to back it off using my finger but I cheated and grabbed it using a pair of forceps.

The same wrench works for the lower nut; you can feel for the nut with your fingers and then guide the wrench on.
Here there is even less room to swing the wrench as you can see it hits the head of the vacuum pump mounting bolt.

So I simply removed the bolt, from here it is easy to loosen the nut using short strokes.
The trick here is to visualize where the nut is in relation to the pump body and the position of the wrench.
I could guide the box of the wrench back onto the nut without even seeing it by relating the position of the wrench to the pump.

The nut on the outside is loosened with a common straight 13mm box wrench.
Don’t forget to loosen the 10mm bolt under the rear of the pump.
This is how I loosened the Low Speed jam nut.

After I found the tricks last time I had my pump out I was able to remove it in about 4 minuets including removing the nut and pushing it from the timing gear, I removed the fuel lines using a crowsfoot wrench.
Do not forget to replace and retighten the rear support and the vacuum pump bolt when you are finished.
I hope this helps you to remove your pump.
