valve job...... one angle or three angle?

I've got a spare 12V I'm going to rebuild, just wondering what other folks have done for the valve job on the head?

Should I do the valves and seats 1 angle? or three angle?

Back in my small block chevy days the three angle valve job was the way to go, not sure what to do on the 12V head. Any advice?

3-angle on the vale is best for airflow as it reduces turbulence. Had it done to a head I recently bought and had worked over. Also known as back-cutting.
