I forgot to take a picture of exactly where and which orientation this goes. Had my whole dash apart to fix gremlins and had to take it off. Anybody have a picture? It doesn't have to go back in but it does help keep wires from straying into the park brake ratchet...I did not take any screws out of it so that is partly why I'm not sure where it goes. The wires were held into it with factory zip ties is all I remember.
I stuck my head under the dash and it looks like that part covers the harness right next to the head light switch. That little hole was facing down to the floor. This was in my '93.
