I found this and thought it was pretty darn good, Use the search feature on your browser to make it even easier. A/r ratios explained, Holset compressor maps, etc. etc.

Ive been reading those forums for a long time and im still trying to wrap my head around it... Too much math. Turbo diesels have helped me huge on understanding them, though. Garrett has a pretty good blurb on their site too.
