turbomustangs is a good site, another great site is honda-tech.com they have a forced induction forum.

 

Ive been reading those forums for a long time and im still trying to wrap my head around it... Too much math. Turbo diesels have helped me huge on understanding them, though. Garrett has a pretty good blurb on their site too.
