turbo back 4" is in

OH BOY! that's LOUD! nice to have though. egt's went down almost 100*, spools faster, and received at least 2 more psi (can't tell exactly how much more because the needle on my 20 psi gauge is trying to break the peg!). payed for my POD's and 16cm tonight. should be here beginning of next week. are there any particular do's and don'ts i should know before tackling those jobs?

Two items I can think of:
1. Do use the 020 washer (thinnest) on the pods. This is what Bushy and a few others suggested that I use. I do have a slight haze at idle if it sits a while, but nothing major. And, the pods did not have a negative impact on my fuel economy. IMHO, I think that they thinner washers helped with both.

2. If you haven't advanced your timing, it will be easier to rotate the pump while you have the injector lines loose when you're installing the pods.

GOOD LUCK

Do yourself a favor and spray all the fasteners on the turbo with PB Blaster or something similar a couple of days before you do the job. The housing swap is much easier with the turbo off the truck. Just take your time and make sure you pull the housing off straight.
