Truck is "skittish"

Setup:
Front: 7226S springs (2 years old) and sagging
Bilstein Shocks

Rear:
Bilstein Shocks
Stock Springs

Tires: 19.5" BF Goodrich Front/DoubleCoin Rear (4000 miles on rears)

Going down the interstate the truck will dart from side o side for no reason and then it will be fine.

I'm at a loss to explain/correct this.

Any thoughts (Besides changing the fuel filter?)

Dunno, really. Looks like you've got a good fr. end under it. I'd try the on-center adjustment of the steering box. Easy and quick to do...

Think I found the problem. The drivers side rear wheel hub has a 1/2" play in it. Nut was finger tight(If that). To top it all off, the brakes are hosed. So I am getting the parts to do the 3" conversion

mmmm Curiouser and courieser does my truck become.

It appears that a Duallie rearend was swapped in at some point in time. The brake drum has a "top hat" design vice the flat drum like the napa books are calling for.

I ordered a TS 4401417 Drum, it appears to be the right one, from a 92 D350.

Drums are the same DRW and SRW. The NAPA book is wrong. The drum they're calling for is not for a D70 rear, it's for a Chrysler 9.25" axle.

I was unable to find the part number listed on the forum. Perhaps we should add it to the parts list?
