HI! GUYS My 1993 dodge diesel trans, is giving me a pain. i had it rebuilt 7 months ago and it was and has been working good till the other day when i stoped the motor pulled down and the torgeinverter is not working .I called the shop and they said bring it down before i get there i was trying to find out what could be the toubel so they dont try to stick it to me.They said on the phone that it could be electric proublem???????????? PS OH they did put a new one in on rebuild

 

I'm not quite sure what the problem is. AFAIK, there's no electricity to the torque converter. If it's not shifting in to overdrive, chances are high your Throttle Position Sensor, (TPS) is fading on you. You'd have to bite the bullet and get a new one. Hard to figure what the story is when you don't explain the symptoms. More details please!!
