Hey guys I got a 93 w250 auto tranny 140000 on it. Driving down the highway the trans keeps shifting in and out of 3rd and 4th gear. Anybody got any ideas on what could be my problem? Thanks.....

 

Your throttle position sensor, TSP, needs adjusted. Procedures on how to do this relatively simply process are in the sticky section located a the top of the topics listings. Welcome! And fill your signature out. That way we know what you've got under and around the hood!

 

yep, simple fix. I opted to go the potentiometer route works better for towing.
