The NP-205s is a much stronger case.

I would have a NP-241 DLD and a DHD T-case or two in the shop, I would sell.
PM me if you would like.

Your t-case is specific to the rh trans, one from a manual or re trans will not work without changing the input into the t-case.

deere country,
Just last week I saw a NP-241 DHD from a '95 47 RH 4x4 that had a broken T-case with the shorter input shaft that would not accept a '94/'94 NP-241 DHD I had pulled from a 47RH 4x4 truck as it had the longer input shaft.

Is that from the truck you here hit in, and totaled it?

Yep, my old 91.5. The transmission didn't fair any better. The front differential was shoved under the cab. The drive shaft acted like a battering ram. Even the rear diff was bowed.

Just seeing that pic makes my wallet cry. And it isn't even my rig. Sad day for sure!

Is their any chance you took a picture of this? You said shorter input shaft, I believe you meant shorter input coupler? So your 95 model DHD was more like the DHD from behind an re trans?

I do have a picture of it.

They are both '94 / '95 DHD T-cases from 47 RH trucks with the PTO cover and the smaller tail housing that only comes on the '94 and '95 DHD cases or usually on the DLD cases.

Yes I meant the input coupler was shorter.

Case all broken up and no spilled lubricant. I believe you found your power loss problem. Should have been able to smell that one coming.

It looks like it spilled fluid to me considering the top and bottom of the tcase is wet with oil not to mention the underside cab is wet also.
