Trailer Wiring Upgrade

Old post but I've recently acquired a 33' 5th and noticed that the old school incandescent bulbs are slow to act and not as bright as they should be. I figure some of it is due to voltage drop.
Anyway, it got me to searching for inline voltage amplifiers, which is what this is basically. I couldn't find anything but how nice would it be to have a plug and play version. One high(er) amp power input, then on one side a male pigtail that plugs into your trucks 7 pin, and a female receptacle on the other side for your trailer connector. Also using solid state relays instead of EMR's.
Maybe in today's world of $60K trucks and even more expensive campers there just isn't a market.
