top steel coolant lines

top steel coolant lines

Are the ones on top that go to the heater core all the same on all 12V's? I need to find some new ones mine are all bent and rusty

I've never done it or seen it, but always thought that some copper pipe would look nice there. When my garrett is being plumbed in I will try the copper pipes myself.

Jim, Haven't seen Aaron's truck since he did the Garrett, nor heard it. But Derek put a huge one on his 3rd gen, and I'm in love! And I need more air anyways, so why not......right?

James1, I saw that post and understand the concern, I've also thought about stainless tubing. So I'll try the copper, if/when it fails then I'll go to stainless. Then if that fails then I'll.....um...figure something else out? I aint scard to be a genny pin.
