Good run. What kind of dyno? I suspect a Mustang with those torque #'s.

Yes they are nice numbers, but 940 ft lbs at 1320rpm doesn't seem right. That HX35 is just starting to think about getting lit at that rpm. I calculate 288hp@1820 to be 822 ft-lbs of torque.

What kind of dyno was it? What gear did you dyno in? How did they determine rpms? Optical pickup off the dampener or calculated through wheel speed? Have any graphs you can post?

You're right about the 940/1320, my bad memory. Actually it was 940.9 @ 1440.
Couldn't say who made the Dyno but it was a load dyno. RPM's, I assume were set by my tach. Don't know much about them. My son pulled 532/1228 with his '02 and those numbers are pretty consistent with other dynos he been on. I will try to post the graph tomorrow.

Sounds like a strong truck! Did you make the pull in 5th gear + the vendor?
I'm looking at a pile of parts on the bench for my junk, that are identical to your sig mius the GV.....
Whats the % difference between the two types of dynos?

Do you have your pump timing set at stock or is you pump timing advanced? What were your EGT's and boost numbers? Really awesome TQ numbers.

Thanks.

Pump timing is advanced a bit and the EGT's pegged my gauge at 1500. Scary!
My boost #'s were 27 lbs Should have been closer to 35 but the WG was set too low. I may have pulled higher #'s with more boost.

You definatly would have pulled higher numbers with 35psi. I bet that thing was rolling black smoke the whole time on the dyno. The huge amount of smoke and bad EGT's are the biggest things holding me back from POD's.
