I was over at troutman69's (Randy's)today and helped him pull the IP off his truck,before we took it off I noted that the timing marks on the pump/timing case were lined up ,would it be a benifit or would you guys recommend bumping the timing an 8th or so when we put it back together?Thanks

 

Sure, might as well. Most trucks pick up a little MPG with a timing bump.

 

Cool ,how about the fuel screw? Would you go ahead and put a turn or two on it while its off.It has quite obviously never been tinkered with before,the sleeve is still on there.

bump the timing a tooth that will help and if its to much adjust with pump
