I have installed and engine brake on my 2001 ram. The brain for this thing receives signal voltage from the tps and from an engine heat sensor next to the thermostat housing. I am not getting the correct voltages from these two sensors subsequently my brake doesn't engage. The temp sensor is easy to replace, but the tps, I don't know anything about. HELP

 

First, tell me when a 2001 became a first gen.

Perhaps if you post this in the 2nd gen performance and accessories forum, you'll get some help.
