Things to do?

Ok, I will have the whole front taken apart and I figure on doing somethings. I am probably gonna do the KDP now. Best to do it while the front is apart. Also what intercoolers (Dodge, Ford, Chevy) will fit, and I mean all years, gens. Also do the borgeson shaft, replace some hydraulics line for the power steering. It there any seals up front that should be replaced now?

Thanks!

Jon

'99 - '03 7.3 Powerstroke is the easiest. 2nd gen Dodge will go in with more cutting (wider) but has less surface area than the Ford unit, so why bother? Chevys are just too wide, 3rd gen Dodge require cutting off the front of the frame and building new bumper brackets.

Chevys are just too wide,

Other than TOO WIDE, how does the Chevy compare to the Powerstroke in cooling capability ??

In my application, wider might just be better.

Thanks.

I'm not sure of the total surface area on that one.
